FAMILY RESEARCH
For those indulging in family research, and wish to obtain Service Records of family members who served in WW2, then the Veterans Agency can help, whether a UK National, Commonwealth Member or Foreign National.  Medal awards can also be obtained.
For UK Nationals, they can (for a fee and suitable proof of relationship) provide details of Service Record direct and for Commonwealth and Foreign Nationals, point you in the, generally, right direction.
